Any person who is at least eighteen (18) years old, who subscribes to the mission and vision of the Middle Tennessee Black Gun Club (MTBGC), and who pays the required dues shall be eligible to be a member of MTBGC. 
 

Any person who has a felony conviction or who has a misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence (and the conviction has not been pardoned or expunged AND rights to possess a firearm restored), is not eligible to become a member. Under federal law, that person is not legally allowed to possess a firearm and therefore is prohibited from joining MTBGC.

It is the duty of each member to assist in every feasible manner in promoting the mission and vision of MTBGC and to act at all times and in every matter in a professional manner.
